All Retail products is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, therefore, Manufacturers warranty is applicable.

| All returned products must be unmarked in original packaging, condition and must contain all manuals, cables etc. Any manufacturer labels or stickers affixed to the packaging must not have been removed. | |
| Do not write or attach any shipping labels directly on the packaging. Otherwise we cannot accept the return. | |
| Any goods being defective or incorrect on arrival must be notified to COMPUDAL within 7 days of receipt. | |
| Goods damaged in transit must be notified to the courier when signing for the goods and to COMPUDAL within 2 days. | |
| By prior arrangement we will charge a 15% re-stocking fee for return of goods which have been correctly supplied by us to you. We can only accept the return if the goods are in the original packaging and condition.Return is at the discretion of the COMPUDAL. | |
| Contact your salesperson at COMPUDAL in advance to get an RMA number. You will be asked to give a full explanation of the reason for the return. The RMA number is valid for 10 days. Any return with invalid numbers or without an RMA number will be refused. |
